My Paintings


My Philosophy for My Own Art: For me, creativity is an important part of self discovery and growth. Forever pushing my artistic boundaries allows me to dig deeper within, which leads to a new understanding of my own life experiences, as well as a means of expressing my feelings regarding those experiences. I love texture, landscape and seascape.

My Process For Commission Pieces: Commission work is not about me, or expressing my feelings. It is about getting to know my client's tastes, emotions, and purpose of the painting. I meet with my client, discuss likes and dislikes, and take notes so I can plan a painting that is focused on my client. I may create small mock-ups of ideas. My mission is to create a piece that speaks to my client. It is very personal.

Home Decor Art
If the painting is a home decor piece, I consider the mood and color palette of the home. What is the purpose of the art? What will it add to the room? Color? Texture? Mood?
